TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WHITE ALMONDS TRADING LLC / WHITE ALMONDS LIMITED
These are the Terms and Conditions which will apply to the Wedding Registry at White Almonds and the use of the White Almonds Card or White Almonds Credit services online www.white-almonds.com
These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between White Almonds Trading LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates under number 674140 with a registered office at P.O. Box 500023, U.A.E Sidra Towers, office 2102, and White Almonds Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom under number 08588762 with its registered office at 137-139 Brent Street, London, NW4 4DJ, UK, (which are both hereinafter referred to as "White Almonds",) and you, (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"). The use by a Client of any White Almonds services or facilities provided shall be deemed to be acceptance of the terms and conditions herein contained, and by such use the Client expressly consent to such terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions contain the following sections:
PART 1: TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE WEDDING GIFT LIST
It is in the interests of White Almonds that Clients understand how the Wedding Gift Registry service operates. The Terms and Conditions of White Almonds (Incorporating the Wedding Gift List procedures) are set out below:
1.1 A Wedding Gift List is compiled by either the Client on-line, or by White Almonds following a consultation with the Client. The Client has a choice between:
(a) a Traditional Wedding Registry (no cash back) with, if the Registry is registered before August 2015 a White Almonds Wedding Registry Card, and if the Registry is registered during or after August 2015 a White Almonds Wedding Registry Credit, in which no service fees or charges apply - see Part 1; or
(b) a Cash Back Registry (in which certain fees are applicable- see Part 3).
1.2 If a Traditional Wedding Registry is chosen, the Wedding Gift list is compiled by the bride and groom and contains specific items and stores to at which they would like to have access with their registry funds.
1.3 Once the wedding has taken place, the Client has the option to cash in any "actual" gifts bought through White Almonds and use the credit with any of our partner stores, galleries and travel agent by either the White Almonds Wedding Registry Card (if applicable) or White Almonds Wedding Registry Credit. In either case the White Almonds Wedding Registry Card or Credit is valid for one year from date of issue.
1.4 If the Client chooses to receive gifts from the table top brands White Almonds Trading LLC offers, nothing will be ordered until after the wedding, once the list has been closed, and a final purchase order form has been signed by the Client.
1.5 A White Almonds Wedding Registry Card or Credit (as the case may be) will only be issued after the wedding or once the list has been closed, and after a signed confirmation form has been signed and a full KYC check conducted.
1.6 For a Cash Back Registry, contributed funds will be, at the sole discretion of White Almonds, transferred either through a bank transfer to the Clients account, or paid by a cheque. This will only be effected once the list has been closed, and a signed confirmation form has been received. A full KYC check is necessary for the security of Clients and White Almonds. For a Cash Back Registry the KYC consists of a passport copy of the bride or groom or U.A.E National ID copy. Copy of marriage certificate, contact information and mothers maiden name.
1.7 In order to enable White Almonds to satisfy KYC requirements the following is required:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Mother's Maiden Name
- Address, City, State-Province, Country, P.O. BOX
- Copy of passport/national identity document
- Copy of Marriage Certificate (For Cash Back Registry)
1.8 Please note that any delay in providing the KYC information referred to in 1.7 above will result in a corresponding delay in issuing the White Almonds Wedding Registry Card/Credit effecting the Cash Back payment, and White Almonds shall not be liable, in any manner whatsoever, for any such delay or the consequences thereof.
2.1 Any change of personal particulars, including changes of address, e-mail address, telephone number; additions and amendments to the Wedding Gift List and any and all notices or communications to White Almonds must be made in writing (email accepted, email@example.com
). No verbal communications shall have any force and effect.
2.2 White Almonds does not accept any responsibility or liability for the contents of any messages which may be sent by any of the guests who select items from Your Wedding Gift List.
3 - PRICING:
Unless the contrary is clearly indicated, White Almonds published prices on our website and in our showroom are:
- Listed in AED;
- Inclusive of applicable customs duty charges for the U.A.E;
- Inclusive of VAT charges;
- Inclusive of shipping charges; and
- Exclusive of delivery/unpacking.
- White Almonds reserve the right to increase or decrease prices at any time.
4 - RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
4.1 Once the Wedding Gift List has been closed, items gifted from White Almonds and confirmed by the Client may not be changed, returned or cancelled.
4.2 Additions and amendments to the Wedding Gift List will be accepted provided the items concerned have not already been ordered through White Almonds, but such additions and amendments will always be at the discretion of White Almonds.
4.3 White Almonds cannot guarantee the availability of any item. In the unlikely circumstance that an item on the Wedding Gift List becomes unavailable from the supplier, the Client will be required to make an alternative choice. Whilst every effort is made to ensure our suppliers stock levels are updated, it is not always possible to advise that an item is not available at the time a Client places an order.
5 - ORDER FULFILLMENT & PAYMENT FOR ITEMS ORDERED:
5.1 Once the Client has confirmed the gifts from White Almonds, orders are not processed until:
(a) the Wedding Gift List has been closed;
(b) a purchase order raised by White Almonds and signed by the Client, has been received by White Almonds; and
(c) any outstanding balance, (if applicable) due to White Almonds has been paid in full.
Purchase orders are only accepted when hand delivered, mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
5.2 All payments for orders from White Almonds from the Clients Wedding Gift List are to be made in full at the time of the order (100% payment).
No orders will be processed until White Almonds receives the cleared funds.
5.3 If a guest purchases a gift or gives a cash donation after closing of the Wedding Gift List and signature of the, the value of the gift or cash will be added to the Clients White Almonds Wedding Registry Card/Credit.
5.4 Should a Client wish to specify alternative gifts not itemized on the original Wedding Gift List, such changes are only accepted if available from one of White Almonds approved suppliers, or partner stores, galleries or travel agent.
5.5 All monies received from a Clients guests will be allocated to their Wedding Gift List or White Almonds partner stores, galleries or travel agent.
No cash payments or refunds will be made to the Client.
5.6 Any gifts which have been reserved by guests and paid for by cheque will not be credited to the Clients Wedding Gift List until White Almonds have received and cleared the cheque.
5.7 Money in a Clients Wedding Gift List account cannot be used to purchase gifts from other Wedding Gift Lists registered with White Almonds.
5.8 In the event of the cancellation, for any reason whatsoever, of the wedding, White Almonds reserves the right to charge the Client the fee for refunds applied by its bank. Upon receipt of this payment from the Client, all guests will be refunded the amount of their gift and notified that a credit has been issued back to them.
5.9 Accepted methods of payment are:
- Bank transfer
- Credit cards, (Visa, MasterCard)
- Debit Cards, (Visa, MasterCard)
6 - DELIVERY OF GIFTS FROM ITEMS ORDERED THROUGH WHITE ALMONDS
6.1 The first delivery to the Client, which may be part shipment, will be approximately 4-10 weeks from the date of receipt of the signed purchase order by White Almonds. It should, however, be understood that:
(a) the order of some items may take suppliers several months to process;
(b) deliveries from suppliers can be delayed;
(c) indications as to when goods/orders will be available for collection/delivery is an estimate only and is not intended to be binding.
6.2 Where any delays are encountered, White Almonds will endeavor to notify the Client of such delay and the anticipated delivery date. White Almonds shall not be held responsible or liable, in any manner whatsoever, for any delays or misinformation from its suppliers.
6.3 Each delivery is accompanied by an itemized delivery note and is checked by White Almonds for any damages or defects. The Client will be deemed to have accepted the goods as satisfactory unless written notice to the contrary is received by White Almonds within five calendar days of date of delivery of the goods. If the goods are not what was ordered or are damaged, defective, or of the wrong quantity, White Almonds shall not be liable therefore unless:
(a) the written notice referred to above is given to White Almonds within the five calendar day period;
(b) such notice sets out in detail precisely what is wrong with the goods delivered;
(c) the goods are made available for the inspection of a White Almonds representative to assess same; and
(d) the goods are returned to White Almonds.
6.4 White Almonds will store a Clients wedding presents without charge for a maximum period of up to one month from the date on which they are received, following which there will be a storage fee levied.
6.5 White Almonds require at least four working days notice to arrange delivery. Two free deliveries per wedding list are allowed within the U.A.E.
Overseas delivery and shipping is available, and will be charged at a specified shipping rate according to the country of delivery. All shipping rates will include insurance.

Whilst White Almonds does its very best to ensure that all items seen on www.white-almonds.com
and in its showroom are as close as possible to the samples and photographs shown, it cannot be held liable for slight variations in colour, size, or dimension, in handmade and hand finished articles.
White Almonds takes the utmost care to ensure that product information, colours, and depictions on its website are accurate, but due to the limitations of the photographic process, items may not be exactly the same colour as they appear on the website images.
PART 2: TERMS AND CONDITIONS CARD/CREDIT
1 - WHITE ALMONDS CARD/CREDIT INFORMATION
1.1 The White Almonds Card is only applicable to Registries registered before August 2015, and is a prepaid, reloadable card and should be treated just like cash in a wallet or purse. Registries registered during or after August 2015 will be allocated a Credit as opposed to an actual Card.
1.2 The funds on a White Almonds Card or Credit (hereinafter referred to as the "Funds") will be loaded by White Almonds LLC. A White Almonds Card/Credit may only be used at partnered merchants ("Participating Merchants") which will be communicated to you by White Almonds. When wishing to use:
(a) a Card at a Participating Merchant, the Card will need to be presented to the Participating Merchant;
(b) a Credit at a Participating Merchant, the Participating Merchant will need to be advised that you have a White Almonds Credit.
In both cases once the desired items/goods have been selected, White Almonds will forward you an e-mail for confirmation of the selected items/goods, and upon receipt of such confirmation, delivery thereof will be effected in accordance with the applicable delivery terms and conditions.
1.3 The White Almonds Card:
(a) acts like a debit card;
(b) is not a credit or charge card;
(c) cannot be used to obtain cash via any ATM machine or over any counter;
(d) does not have any credit line associated with it;
(e) cannot be topped up or reloaded by the holder except through White Almonds; and
(f) the only reloaded onto such card must be from the Wedding Registry.
1.4 Clients are required to keep their White Almonds Card, and the numbers on it, safe and secure for their own personal use. Any misuse by a third party will be at the risk of the Client, and White Almonds shall not be liable, in any manner whatsoever, therefor. (Refer also clause 3 below).
1.5 The currency applicable to any White Almonds Card/Credit is United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
1.6 White Almonds will not supply a White Almonds Card or issue/release a Credit until the full KYC check has been made and documents necessary are received by White Almonds.
1.7 The White Almonds Card takes up to, but no longer than 14 working days (within the U.A.E) to be delivered. A Credit will be issued after the wedding date. These periods will commence from the date of the wedding if KYC has been satisfactorily completed, or completion of the KYC if this is only completed after the wedding. Deliveries (for Cards) outside the UAE may take longer depending on destination.
There will be a maximum of two uploads of your registry funds onto your White Almonds Card, one upload after the wedding, and another at the time of closing of the registry.
1.8 White Almonds Cards/Credits may only be used at Participating Merchants. Depending on each individual stores policy, items on sale may not be included in the partnership program and may not be purchased with your White Almonds Card/Credit. Clients specifically understand and agree that White Almonds will not be liable, in any manner whatsoever, if a Client is unable to use their White Almonds Card/Credit in the manner anticipated and/or for purchase of any goods/services as advertised on the White Almonds Card/Credit itself, or the White Almonds website, if such inability is due to acts or omissions beyond the control of White Almonds.
1.9 The White Almonds Card/Credit will be valid for 12 months from its issue date (the "Validity Period" which is the month the Card/Credit is loaded and issued). After the Validity Period ends, the White Almonds Card/Credit may not be used.
2 - USING THE WHITE ALMONDS CARD/CREDIT & CHECKING YOUR BALANCE
2.1 To confirm balance availability of a White Almonds Card a Client should:
(a) Log in to their account on the website and click on "Balance statement on White Almonds Card/Credit";
(b) Enter their White Almonds Card number and security code which will be found on the back of your card on the bottom left corner behind the scratch seal.
The balance on Cards can be checked at anytime, and the security code changed anytime by clicking on, "Update Security Code" once logged in to the account.
2.2 There will be a charge of AED 3 for the following:
(a) Declined transactions on a Card due to insufficient funds Clients should make sure to keep a track on the balance of their White Almonds Card at all times;
(b) If use is attempted at non- Participating Merchants (online and offline);
(c) If use is attempted at an ATM; and
(d) If wrong CVV2 code and expiry date entered incorrectly for online transactions.
2.3 Online transactions that are less than 10 AED will incur a 1 AED processing fee.
2.4 Balance checks over the phone will incur a 1 AED fee. You can check your balance online anytime with no charges through your account and by contacting White Almonds (+9714 4570401)
2.5 Balance checks on credit can be obtained by calling White Almonds (+9714 4570401).
3 - LOSS, THEFT, DAMAGE, MISUSE
In the case of a White Almonds Card, this should be treated as cash. White Almonds shall not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen Cards. Any loss or damage should immediately be reported to White Almonds via e-mail to email@example.com
or our customer support line, +9714 205 4000 / +9714 457 0401, followed by a confirmatory e-mail. In such event the White Almonds Card will be cancelled, and the Client required to pay a replacement fee plus courier delivery charges, before issue of a new White Almonds Card. The replacement card will only be issued after a period of up to 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
4 - VALIDITY
4.1 A White Almonds Card/Credit is valid from date of issue and must be used before the end of the Validity Period.
4.2 Upon the expiry of the Validity Period, the White Almonds Card/Credit will become invalid for use and all unused/stored funds will be lost.
4.3 During the last month of the Validity Period any unused credit balance can be redeemed as cash subject to a 10% service fee. In order to do so, in the case of a White Almonds Card, this will need to be charged either in the White Almonds showroom or via a home/office visit. White Almonds will require seven working days notice of a Clients intention to do so, and fourteen working days to effect payment to the Client.
4.4 All White Almonds Cards must be returned to White Almonds on expiration of the Validity Period.
5 - ACTIONS AND CHANGES
5.1 White Almonds reserves the right, from time to time, to change, amend, and alter these terms and conditions, and take such actions and/or make such changes as it in its sole discretion considers necessary or desirable for the purposes of protecting electronic funds from misuse, fraud prevention, or complying with applicable law or regulation. Such actions may include (but are not restricted to) the following:
(a) Making changes to these Terms and Conditions;
(b) Cancelling any White Almonds Card/Credit and refunding any credit balance;
(c) Declining to authorize any transactions; and
(d) Suspending or restricting all or any part of the operation or applicability of any White Almonds Card/Credit.
5.2 White Almonds will not be liable to a Client or any third party for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any actions taken in accordance with this clause 5.
6 - OWNERSHIP/RETURN/CANCELLATION/DESTRUCTION OF THE WHITE ALMONDS CARD
6.1 Ownership in and to the White Almonds Card shall at all times vest in White Almonds. Upon expiration of the Validity Period, the issue of any replacement card, or when the White Almonds Card has no spending or redemption value, it must immediately be returned to White Almonds.
6.2 The Client shall not be entitled to cancel their White Almonds Card/Credit.
6.3 White Almonds shall be entitled to cancel a White Almonds Card/Credit at any time in accordance to clause 5.1. If cancelled, any credit balance will be refunded to the Client in such manner as White Almonds deems fit or appropriate. The White Almonds Card/Credit will also be automatically cancelled when the credit loaded onto it has been depleted. In any such event, no claim, of any nature whatsoever, shall lie against White Almonds.
7 - USING INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
7.1 Unless the Client expressly instructs White Almond in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org
not to share information relating to the Client with selected White Almonds partners with which it has entered formal agreements for the purpose of cross-selling and marketing of goods and services, the Client irrevocably authorizes and permits White Almonds to disclose and furnish to its authorized representatives, subsidiaries, associates, branches, assignees, agents or other connected parties (including its third party advisers and marketing partners) such information as it deem fit concerning the Client, including but not limited to, the White Almonds Card/Credit to which these Terms and Conditions relate.
7.2 Notwithstanding the provisions of 7.1 above, White Almonds shall have the right to disclose any information:
(a) which is in the public domain;
(b) is required to be disclosed by a court of competent authority; or
(c) is required to be disclosed to any governmental body or regulatory authority (including the Central Bank of United Arab Emirates).
8 TELEPHONE CALLS
Any calls to White Almonds may be recorded and monitored for security and quality control purposes.
9 - LIABILITY AND ERROR RESOLUTION PROCEDURES
9.1 The Client acknowledges that White Almonds shall not be liable in the event of the Client being unable to use the White Almonds Card/Credit or avail the services, if such inability is as a result of the acts or omissions of the Client or any third party, or as a result of any force majeure event or other circumstance beyond the control of White Almonds.
9.2 If there is any discrepancy, complaint or dispute relating to any goods or services purchased with a White Almonds Card/Credit from a Participating Merchant (the "Dispute"), such dispute must be addressed and settled directly with the Participating Merchant. Refunds and returns are subject to the Participating Merchant's policies or applicable law. Notification of any Disputes or any other issues pertaining to a White Almonds Card/Credit must be sent, in writing, to White Almonds at P.O.Box 500023. Dubai. U.A.E. Such notification must reach White Almonds no later than ten calendar days after the disputed transaction occurred. In addition, the Client will be liable to take all reasonable steps to assist White Almonds in its investigations. The investigation of the disputed transaction may take up to 90 days, depending on the type of dispute. White Almonds shall not be responsible for investigating any loss if it is not informed to reverse a transaction within the applicable time limit and in accordance with the procedure set out in this paragraph.
9.3 To the full extent permitted by law, the Client agrees to indemnify and hold White Almonds harmless against any and all losses or damages suffered, either directly or indirectly, or actions or claims filed, as a result of the Clients:
(i) failure to observe its obligations hereunder; or
(ii) negligent or fraudulent acts or omissions.

10 - CURRENCY CONVERSION
Transactions in currencies other than AED will be converted to AED according to applicable currency conversion regulations and procedures. Please note that the foreign currency exchange rate used in the conversion may differ from the foreign currency exchange rate in effect on the date the White Almonds Card/Credit is used and will include an appropriate currency conversion fee.
PART 3: CASH BACK REGISTRY
If a Cash Back Registry option is chosen, all funds contributed to the Registry will be transferred to the Client once the Registry has been closed, and all KYC documentation and a signed confirmation form have been received by White Almonds.
1 - FEES
1.1 A standard processing fee inclusive of VAT charges of 8.5% is applicable on the total amount of funds contributed by your guests on a Wedding List. (For example, if 20,000 AED is collected in contributions on the Wedding List, a 1,700 AED is charged which will be deducted from the Registry Funds which includes VAT of 80.95AED.
PART 4: LEGAL AND PRIVACY
1 - LEGAL
1.1 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. The Client agrees to irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai. Such submission shall not, however, preclude the rights of White Almond to bring proceedings in any other competent jurisdiction.
1.2 FORCE MAJEURE
White Almonds will be not be liable for any loss or damage (whether direct or consequential), or be in default under these Terms and Conditions, for failure to observe or perform any of its obligations in circumstances which were beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of nature, acts or omissions of government or their agencies, strikes or other industrial action, fire, flood, storm, riots, power shortages or failures, sudden and unexpected system failure or disruption by war or sabotage, and other acts or omissions of any third parties.
Each of the sentences, clauses, or paragraphs contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be severable and distinct from one another and if at any time any or more of such sentences, clauses, or paragraphs are declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining sentences, clauses or paragraphs in these Terms and Conditions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
White Almonds shall be entitled to assign its rights and obligations to any third party on notice to the Client. The Client shall not be entitled to assign its rights and obligations to any third party unless White Almonds expressly consents thereto in writing, which consent may be given or withheld in the sole discretion of White Almonds.
2 - PRIVACY STATEMENT
White Almonds Trading LLC is committed to ensuring privacy is protected. Should a user of this website (User) be asked to provide certain information by which the User can be identified, then the User can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. White Almonds may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. A User should, therefore, check this page from time to time to ensure satisfaction with any changes. This policy is effective from 1st June 2013.
2.1 WHAT WE COLLECT
White Almonds may collect the following information:
- Contact information including e-mail address
- Demographic information such as postcode, preferences, and interests
- Other information relevant to an application for our services such as Passport copy, contact details in accordance to clause 1.7.
2.2 WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER
White Almonds require this information to provide Clients with Wedding Gift Registry service, and one or more of the following reasons:
- Internal record keeping.
- Security when issuing a White Almonds Trading LLC Wedding Registry Card/Credit.
- Product and services improvement.
- Quality control and market research
- Marketing promotions within our company.
- Sending periodic promotional e-mails about new products, special offers or other interesting information
White Almonds is committed to ensuring that information obtained is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, White Almonds has put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected online.
A cookie is a small file, which asks permission to be placed on the User computer's hard drive. Once agreed, the file is added and the cookie helps analyze web traffic or lets a party know when a particular site is visited. Cookies allow web applications to respond to individuals. The web application can tailor its operations to the Users needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about preferences.
White Almonds use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps White Almonds analyze data about web page traffic and improve its website in order to tailor it to customer needs. White Almonds only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.
Overall, cookies help White Almonds provide Users with a better website, by enabling it to monitor which pages Users find useful and which they do not. A cookie in no way gives any access to a Users computer or any information about the User, other than the data the User chooses to share.
The User can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but one can usually modify the browser setting to decline cookies if this is preferred, but this may prevent the User from taking full advantage of the website.
2.5 LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
The White Almonds website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once a User has used these links to leave the White Almonds site, it should be noted that White Almonds do not have any control over that other website and cannot accordingly be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which may be provide whilst visiting such sites. Such sites are not therefore governed by this privacy statement and caution should be exercised and the privacy statement applicable to the website in question studied.
2.6 CONTROLLING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
A User may choose to restrict the collection or use of personal information in the following ways:
Whenever asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that can be clicked to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes.
If having previously agreed to White Almonds using personal information for direct marketing purposes, a User changes their mind, such change can be notified at any time by writing to or emailing email@example.com
White Almonds will not sell, distribute or lease any personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties, which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

whereupon the matter will be investigated and any incorrect information corrected.
This website, all rights in and to it, and any and all content contained herein remain the sole property and copyright of White Almonds.
Any redistribution or reproduction of a part or all of the content of this website, in any form whatsoever, is prohibited. A User may not, except with the express written permission of White Almonds, distribute or commercially exploit the content, nor transmit or store it in any other website or other forms of electronic storage or retrieval system.
PART 5: GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to a User who accesses the website, www.white-almonds.com
for the purposes of acquiring a gift for a Client or contributing to a Wedding Gift List/Registry (a Guest).
The Guest must be aged over 18 to use our online services.
2.1 White Almonds accepts Visa, MasterCard, and prepaid credit cards if the card has a billing address attached to it.
2.2 White Almonds cannot split payments between credit cards, and all orders are subject to review.
2.3 Successful transactions will be reflected on the date of purchase.
2.4 The Guest may be charged a credit card processing fee when paying online at www.white-almonds.com
depending on the type of Registry being contributed towards. (See Part 3, clause 1.3)
2.4 If paying for a couple's wedding registry, a Guests payment will flow directly to the couple's Wedding Gift List. (Please refer to Terms and Conditions for The Wedding Gift List Part 1)
The currency of payment is United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
Transactions in currencies other than AED will be converted to AED according to applicable currency conversion regulations and procedures. Please note that the foreign currency exchange rate used in the conversion may differ from the foreign currency exchange rate in effect on the date the Guest purchases a gift online, and will instead be subject to appropriate currency conversion fees.
4.1 Once a Guest order is processed, the Guest will receive an email confirming the receipt. If an acknowledgment receipt email is not received immediately please notify White Almonds via e-mail at email@example.com
or through its customer support line, +9714 457 0401.
4.2 From time to time, a Guest may receive promotional material from White Almonds. If such material is not wanted, an e-mail should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
in order to be removed from the mailing list.
4.3 Once the Wedding Gift List of a couple has closed, Guests may no longer be able to purchase a gift online. In such case, the Guest is advised to contact White Almonds on +9714 457 0401 and purchase the gift over the phone.
5.1 Guests can request a refund for a previously confirmed transaction to a couple. In order to carry out the refund, Guests would have to contact the couple and not White Almonds. After the couple has confirmed the refund request to White Almonds, White Almonds may refund as applicable the servicing fee to the sender. This process may take up to 30 working days. Couples are liable for any chargebacks, returns or refunds.
5.2 If the wedding is cancelled for any reason, White Almonds will refund the gifted amount to the Guest. This may take up to 30 working days. Charge back fees will be charged to the couple. (See Part 1, clause 5.8)
White Almonds reserve the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this website is offered.
When a Registry is accessed, a secure server is used. White Almonds does not however make any warranty in respect of the strength or effectiveness of that server and is not responsible for events arising from unauthorized access of the information the Guest provides.
White Almonds offers its E-Gift Cards via its website www.white-almonds.com
. Website users wishing to buy the E-Gift Card can go directly to the website, and follow the instructions on the page. An email will be received confirming any purchase. Credit can also be used to buy directly from the White Almonds showroom. To use the credit with White Almonds participating merchants, White Almonds should be informed, and a physical White Almonds Card or Credit will be sent.

PART 6: E-GIFT CARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 - General Terms
White Almonds provides its White Almonds eGift Cards (hereinafter "eGift Card") through its website www.white-almonds.com
. The eGift Cards are distributed by White Almonds. By buying an eGift Card, the purchaser thereof agrees to those terms and conditions that govern this purchase. White Almonds reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion.
2 - Purchasing White Almonds eGift Cards
After buying an eGift Card, it is redeemable for merchandise at the White Almonds showroom for a period of up to one year.

There is a maximum value of 3,500 AED when purchasing a White Almonds eGift Card.
A White Almonds eGift Card may not be returned after it has been received.
4 - Lost or Stolen eGift Card:
In the event that it is suspected that someone has copied or stolen an eGift Card, Customer Support should be contacted immediately on +9714 457 0401 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
. EGift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser's confirmation email as proof of purchase. EGift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
5 - Limitations:
An eGift Card may not be used to purchase other eGift Cards. eGift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent allowed by the above terms and conditions. Unused eGift Cards may not be transferred.

PART 7: LUXURY GIFTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 - Product Stock and Availability
Products are subject to availability. The stock available may change. If the product is out of stock White Almonds will allow a refund of payment or you may choose a different product for the same price subject to availability.
2 - Gift Wrapping and Delivery
Complimentary Gift Wrapping and Delivery within the UAE. International deliveries will be quoted at competitive rates.
Please note that your delivery may take longer during holidays, weekends, or other busy periods.
3 - Return and Exchanges
United Arab Emirates Returns/Exchanges policy.
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 7days upon delivery - with an E-RECEIPT, ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNDAMAGED and UNUSED. White Almonds reserves the right to examine the products to validate the return.
- Email email@example.com or call us +971 4 457 0401 with your transaction number. If the item is defective or damaged, we offer a courier collection within the United Arab Emirates. NOTE there is a charge for this service (charge will vary with the size/volume of the return/exchange item) and this will be deducted from your refund amount. In all other cases, the buyer can return the items to the White Almonds office.
